Management team: Management structure and the resumes of founders, senior managers and technical personnel. Including important board members

Financials: Brief financial report on capital and managerial operations in the past two to three years and financial forecasts, including sales forecast, capital expenditure plan, capital needs and plans to raise funds and other related requirements.
